Returns

If the item delivered to you is of incorrect size or improper quality due to manufacturing defects, you have the right to return or exchange it for a similar item if it is available in our warehouse. A request for a product replacement can be fulfilled within 14 days from the date of receipt. To return the item, please contact us at hor.clothing.ua@gmail.com. 

Please note that in order to return the item, you need to provide the order number, and the item itself must be unused and with the tag attached. If any signs of use are detected, we reserve the right to refuse the return of the item. Thank you for your understanding.
